How to Proceed with EFT Payments
Thank you for your order! To complete your purchase, please follow the instructions below to make an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payment.
Billing Information:
When making your EFT payment, please use you Name and Surname (as used during your order) as pyment reference.
Ensure your payment is completed within 24 hours. Orders not paid within this timeframe will be automatically canceled, as we cannot hold stock for unpaid orders.
Important Notes:
Please do not make bank or ATM deposits, as they will not be processed.
Ensure your paymen reflects within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
Delivery details:
All confirmed orders will automatically be processed for free delivery. However, this is only applicable for orders within South Africa. Should you be ordering internationally please complete the form below and our admin will contact you with an invoice that will include your shipping costs.
If you choose the local pickup option, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation email before visiting the pickup location in Cape Town.
For Delivery:
Once payment has been confirmed, your order will automatically be shipped free of charge. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is packed and ready to be dispatched.
Note: The free shipping option does not include insurance. If you would like to insure your items against theft, damage, or loss during transit, please request a quote for insurance in the form below in the message section.
